Personal Assistant / Carer - Ratoath, Co. Meath

I am a young lady with a physical disability, living independently in Ratoath area.

I am looking for a reliable Personal Assistant / Carer to assist me with day to day tasks and activities.

Hours of work: :

Relief hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and 1 weekend a month.

Possibility of additional hours to cover holidays /sick leave.

Immediate start following Garda Vetting.

Terms and Conditions: €14.23 starting rate of pay (increases yearly) basic rate x 1.5 on Sunday, basic rate x 2 on Public Holidays, basic rate x1.25 for anti-social hours.

Employment Contract: Fixed Term Contract of Employment with Irish Wheelchair Association. Additional training and development opportunities.

Requirements:
• Reliable, Responsible and Enthusiastic
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• Driver’s licence (Class B) essential
• Basic Care skills experience is preferred but not essential
• QQI or Fetac Level 5 in Care skills desirable but not essential
