We are currently looking for a Technical Manager to join a growing chemicals company based in the County Roscommon area.

As the Technical Manager you will be responsible for R&D operations and chemists, the pilot plant / kilo lab and TBE labs. You will have responsibility for design and performance of chemical processes, coordinating project work to ensure delivery of materials and transfer of processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Technical Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Chemistry related discipline - ideally you will be Masters or PhD qualified.

2. Proven significant industry experience in chemistry process design, tech transfer and scale up, ideally with experience of biocatalysis.
