Job Description:

ECS is seeking a highly qualified hands-on Program Manager (PM) with significant experience in Programs Control to join our dynamic team working out of the Pentagon, VA. The Project Manager (PM) will plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of an IT modernization activity and resources to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prearranged time frames. The PM will manage IT modernization projects, software development, systems integration, technical refresh, and business process implementation projects as well manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The PM will lead and manage all aspects of the projects from start to finish, including business process, scope, change and risk management of scope and schedule.
