This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Sahel Initiative for Justice to Women and Children, located in Damaturu. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, programs, and practices that are in alignment with the company's values and goals. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with leaders across the organization and be responsible for managing recruiting, selecting, hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and evaluating employees, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR policies, programs, processes and procedures, including recruitment and retention strategies, employee relations, and compliance with legal requirements.
