Which profile are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture/Horticulture or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
• Fluent in English
• Min. 3 year experience in Seed Production roles
• Experience about engaging/motivating people and teams
• Experience in Microsoft Office Programs
• No military obligation
• Be free to travel
• Licence for driving
• This position will be located in Bursa and will be reporting to Production Manager

As a Flower Seeds Production Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;
• Reliable seed production for selected main crops
• Profitable and sustainable production in Turkey.
• Growing of plants from seed till harvest to the highest possible standard.
• Ensure proper watering, fertilization, disease control and climate control.
• Initiating, organizing and reporting of seed production
• Developing and maintaining the seed production protocols.
