DEEPWATER TRAWL VESSEL CREW

Various roles are available on our client’s deepwater trawler fishing vessels based out of Timaru for experienced and qualified staff. We are looking for workers with experience on similar vessels that catch, process, and freeze their product while out at sea. Contracts are for over 11 months of the year, which is mostly spent at sea, with a short turnaround between trips of 1-2 days.

To be considered, candidates must have New Zealand recognised qualifications that are relevant to the position they are applying for and be able to demonstrate their experience in those positions on a deepwater trawl vessel. This means that your CV must clearly show your experience and relevant qualifications, as well as the other points required below. Applicants without the requisite experience/qualifications and eligibility will not be considered.
