Job Description

As Temple Facilities Manager you will ensure the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience. You will help maintain standards established by the first presidency and provide functional leadership to all department employees.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the maintenance of the temple and ancillary buildings associated with the temple complex approximately 100k square feet (e.g., patron housing, missionary housing, temple president’s residence, etc.)
• Responsible for hiring, development, and performance of Temple Facilities Services team by providing on-site and remote training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Communicates with Temple president and other priesthood leaders, supervisors and department specialists, local government, architects, general contractors and local leaders as needed.
