Consultants in this role get to: Be the Point of Contact: Educate the customer regarding their payment and negotiate an approximate payment date where it will be completed. Negotiate a payment date of the customer’s debt. Be responsible to Manage inbound and outbound calls to recover from applicable/assigned accounts/costumer. Process correspondence.
