Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in leading complex technical projects.
• Planning and organizing skill sets, including contributing to schedules, estimating costs, and forecasting personnel needs.
• 5 years of experience leading/managing the execution of complex technological programs.
