Pafilia is looking to recruit a high-calibre Business Development Director. The Business Development Director will lead a team of Business Development Managers in targeting and selling Pafilia properties to foreigners residing or visiting Cyprus. A significant aspect of the role involves expanding our clientele from the Middle East. Additionally, the Director will oversee efforts to promote and sell Pafilia's development in Athens.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies targeting foreigners in Cyprus, understanding their property needs and preferences.

· Spearhead initiatives to increase property sales to clients from the Middle East, including partnerships, marketing campaigns, and personalized outreach.
