Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Cuddalore for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, creating job descriptions, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiar with recruiting and hiring processes and technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
