Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

To run CFHAG as per the specified parameters like operating temperature required air flow and bed temperature.
• Ensure availability of all the supporting utilities like coal, sand, charcoal, water etc.
• In case of furnace bed choke up with clinker, clear it and restart.
• Ensure the optimization of available resources and ensure the emission stack parameters are within disposable limit.
• To follow timely cleaning schedule of CFHAG
• Keep its working area neat and clean.
• Maintain records of operation and cleaning.
• Inform Shift Engineer in case of emergency.
• Ensure PPEs usage into the working area.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Any I.T.I / Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience in related field

Essential Attributes:

Basic technical knowledge in Coal Fire Hot Air generator operation.
