Role & responsibilities : Handling team of 5 to 6 People Responsible for team target weekly & monthly Obtain Leads and sales Closure. Submit daily / weekly reports based on the task . Attendind Weekly & Monthly meetings. Achieve Sales target given the weekly basis. Team leads should monitor the Mdc online count and Talktime of every executive before 1:00 PM on a daily basis. Team hurdles should be conducted on a daily basis in the first half. Need to Share the projection GLID's in the sheet Should take care products material updation within the same day of sale login & must take care of pending cases for hosting. Should share1 projectionon a daily basis. Need to get1 prospectfrom each executive on a daily basis. TLs should take care of matured cases to avoid bounce or production cancellation. More Detail
