$41p / h + superannuation + salary sacrifice Part-time (16hrs p / forntight) Fixed-term position (June 2026) About the role : We are currently seeking a part time Youth Access Worker to join our team at headspace Emerald.

Our Youth Access Worker will be responsible for conducting the initial screening using the headspace psychosocial assessments for young people and presenting it to our multi-disciplinary team.

Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, the role will also be responsible for coordinating care and attending ongoing Care Coordination Review Meetings for young people that are referred to Emerald headspace.

What will a typical day look like? Monitor and conduct young people's focused psychosocial assessments on all headspace Emerald young people to ascertain social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Deliver evidence based brief interventions, including group interventions and problem solving, with young people and their families.
