We are looking for a Senior Office Admin to join the Machinery section of our business at Ballydooley Roscommon. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The Administrator will be responsible for assisting the effective management of the machinery business, offering assistance to members of the sales & operation teams and taking on relevant administration duties as and when required.

The Role:

Processing of supplier & customer invoices

Accounts payable and receivable

Payroll

Maintenance and upkeep of contracts of employment for all staff

Creating Purchase orders and dealing with supplier orders / queries

Workshop scheduling

Bank rec

Stock control

Amending Po's to match invoices, ensuring invoices are against the correct jobs for approval.

Carrying out general office duties i.e., Filing, completing excel sheets

Filtering through incoming e-mails and distribute to the correct party / department.
