Job Description
• Work safely and promote safety work practices.
• Investigate the causes of safety and environmental incidents and take action to prevent similar incidents.
• Measure and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), mean time between failures (MTBF), and cost. Use KPI’s to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate causes of equipment failures and make deign improvements to prevent similar failures.
• Design preventive maintenance programs that maintain equipment in good condition and prevent equipment failures.
