Summary

The Registered Nurse Care Manager works at the Venango Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) and report directly to the Manager of the Warren, Venango and McKean (contract) CBOCs. He / She is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. Incumbent will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care based on age specific components and adhere to established policies, standards of care and standards of practice.
