Buckingham Property Management has an immediate opening for an experienced Apartment Manager involving oversight of the daily operations of a multi-resident Affordable Housing apartment complex at its Sawyer property in Mammoth Lakes, California!

BI-LINGUAL REQUIRED: ENGLISH / SPANISH

This position requires the Apartment Manager to live on-site in company-provided housing (2 Bedroom). The selected individual will be granted a license to use an apartment unit at the property subject to California occupancy restrictions. As a licensee only, the selected individual will not be a tenant at the property. The license that will be granted will be for temporary residential purposes only, in direct conjunction with, and concurrently with, employment as a condition of your employment.
