Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant in Mogadishu. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing databases, and organizing files. You will also assist with drafting documents, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
