We are seeking a skilled and passionate chef to join our team for one weeks in Portugal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving healthy and delicious meals for lunch and dinner, snacks and smoothies ensuring a memorable experience for a family and her guests.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook healthy meals for lunch and dinner and prepare snacks and smoothies.
Ensure all meals are prepared with freshly sourced ingredients.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Adapt to dietary restrictions and preferences of guests, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special diets.
Create visually appealing and appetizing dishes.
Manage kitchen inventory, including stocking ingredients.
Collaborate with other staff to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
