Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Cab Realty located in San Fernando. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional materials.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Highly motivated and target-driven
