CC.Talent is seeking a highly experienced and communicative Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with our clients in the Philippines, with potential for later expansion to clients in other countries.

This new role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The Account Manager will take over clients after the New Business team closes the deal and will work to maintain and strengthen these relationships.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management : Maintain and build strong, long-lasting client relationships with PH clients and potentially with clients in other countries.

Post-Sales Support : Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales to account management.

Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
