Qualifications:
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Good Basic Technical Knowledge on Desktops/Laptops
• Customer Centric approach
• Basic Business Etiquette
• Understanding of Incident Management processes
• First level support for all the incidents
• Minimum 12 months of Experience
• Minimum one relevant certification such as A+ / Comp-TIA or any equivalent certificationResponsibilities:
• Monitor the Bin in which tickets are assigned to the engineer

- Provide support on the tickets assigned to the engineer
- Ensure tickets are assigned to correct team in case they have been wrongly assigned to EUSS team
• Update the ticket with resolution remarks and close the ticket on time
• For critical incidences, the required data such as Ping and Trace
