As a Payroll Junior Analyst at AstraZeneca, you will supervise and train a team of administrators, handle non-routine queries, and ensure payroll procedures are well established and documented. This role reports directly to the Head of Payroll and is a key part of our Enabling business area.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be owning the daily operations of your assigned payroll unit, training and assessing performance, and providing follow ups.
