Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Telecaller at Upgrade India, located in Ahmedabad. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, promoting services, and generating leads. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, updating the CRM system, and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a Sales Telecaller or similar role
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Goal-oriented and target-driven
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficient in MS Office
• Prior experience in the finance industry is a plus
