Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tenby. As a Butcher at Davies Butchers and Deli, your day-to-day tasks will include cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the butcher area.

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar role
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat processing techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
