The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The Lead Nurse Support will assist the Operations Nurse Manager and Service Manager in the effective and efficient management of the delivery of mental health in-patient nursing services within Renfrewshire HSCP, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered. The post holder will contribute to the overall agenda for mental health services within a defined geographical sector and function as a member of the relevant Service Managers Team.
