Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Dundee, is currently looking to recruit a HR Assistant (Recruitment) for an initial 3 month contract with option to extend on a rate of £152.06 - £158.27/day (Inside IR35). This role will be hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Dundee office.

Responsibilities:

- Run direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to pre-employment checks/issuing contracts.

Essential Skills:

- Experienced in recruitment environment.

- Competent in running direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to pre-employment checks/issuing contracts.

- Knowledge of leading briefings/wash-ups.

- Ability to facilitate assessments.

- IT literate – use of Microsoft Office effectively, particularly Office 365.

- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work co-operatively and supportively with others
