Salary: £13/£14 per hour
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm 40 hours per week

Your Purpose:
To provide support to the onsite engineer team in undertaking property maintenance servicing and repair of the mechanical and electrical secondary services within a residential property.

What youre responsible for:
Trade Related tasks:
• Servicing and inspections of mechanical and electrical plant within a residential property.
• Cleaning of filters to Fan Coil Units and MVHRs.
• Testing of lighting controls.
• Testing of underfloor heating.
• Descaling of showers and taps.
• Testing and inspection of fabric e.g. Doors, Windows etc.
• Undertaking water hygiene visits flushing outlets and temperature checks.
• Carrying out humidity inspections.
