Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers
• Ensure customer requests are fully understood and resolved
• Manage customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Facilitate the flow of materials between various parties and departments
• Identify critical shortages or manufacturing delays and communicate them effectively
• Streamline inter-departmental communication

Required Experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role preferred
