Reference: REQ0067 Description: This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join the Tenancy & Sustainment Team , where you will be involved in managing the efficient turnaround of void properties from the first contact regarding termination of a tenancy, advertisement and allocation, through to re-let to a ‘Lettable Standard’ in accordance with Council policy and procedure, including carrying out viewings and the effective reporting of refusals. The role will also include additional exciting projectsResponsibilities:Tenancy Management responsibilities including pre-tenancy work and sign-up, ensuring new tenants are aware of their obligations in terms of tenancy compliance and to carry out pre-termination inspections.To effectively manage and administrate requests for transfers, decants, management moves, and mutual exchangeCarry out new tenant visits.
