The role involves aligning technology with business strategy, working closely with internal clients to gather requirements, analyse, design, and implement best practices. Key responsibilities include process analysis, design/redesign, and deploying SAP best practices to enhance supply chain, logistics, and production processes. The role also entails managing tickets, leading tasks and projects, and providing support to SAP users across UK and International divisions.
