We are currently seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our Children’s Services team!You will be a role model and mentor and play a key part in the support system for children who have experienced significant trauma. You'll play a vital role in helping them build healthy relationships and discover the benefits of education. It's tough, it's challenging but it's incredibly rewarding.We will look to you to plan and provide child-centred cultural, physical, play and recreational activities. Think creatively about and contribute to effective care planning. Provide appropriate therapeutic relationships with the children and develop your understanding of therapeutic childcare practice.
