The Role
• You will be working closely under the direction and supervision of the solicitors
• Handling your own caseload or property matters
• Drafting contracts
• Raising and answering enquiries
• Applying for land searches
• Review Title
• Review Authority searches and raise enquiries
• Handle exchanges and completions
• Draft letters, statutory declarations, statements of truth, sale contracts, land registry applications
• Legal research
• To chase/liaise with clients and other parties such as Estate Agents, Site Negotiators and Solicitors for key information for file matter
