General Manager, Neway based within A&P Falmouth

Neway provides a wide range of services to industry, working on vessels of all sizes and even the most complex of industrial facilities. We are looking for someone to take full accountability for our ship industrial cleaning, preparation, and painting operations in Falmouth.

A great opportunity with responsibility for ensuring quality, technical excellence, and productivity across all projects that we work on within the facility for someone with experience in a general management role within ship repair or similar.

So as General Manager at Neway, what will you do?

Quality and Technical Oversight of projects ensuring that they meet high quality standards

Health and Safety leadership by example and shared learning

Forecast and maximise productivity, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project completion

Collaborate with A&P, working closely on estimates, change management, and project control
