Support Worker

We are seeking Support Workers for our Supported Living Services in Ashton-Under-Lyne and surrounding areas. The role will involve providing care and personalised support to individuals to improve their health and wellbeing and to develop their quality of life and independence.

This will include support with activities in the home and in the wider community, building connections and relationships with others. You will enable individuals to make choices, to have control over their lives and to enjoy opportunities for personal development. Prior experience of supporting people with a learning disability and/or autism is valuable for this Support Worker role.
