• Analyse user requirements and design effective software to meet those needs
• Develop software according to the specifications within agreed timescales
• Ensure that software is developed, tested, implemented documented and maintained
• To verify that unit or system testing is performed to the approved standard
• To provide support to the operations site, resolving issues
• Providing out of hours technical support for our solutions
