Responsibilities:

- Be able to work on tandoor - making naan and selection of starter ( grill)
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the restaurant management team
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and food preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
