Our two sixty bed homes are based in St George’s Park, Ditchling Road, within 3 miles of both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, set within 250 acres of beautiful gardens and farmlands, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views overlooking the South Downs.

You will be part of a dedicated team that offers the residents of our purpose built care homes kind and compassionate care, in line with our company ethos. If you are an experienced Team Leader, caring by nature and enjoy looking after others, then Augustinian Care is for you.

We currently have vacancies for Wednesday - Sunday afternoons, working 1.45pm - 9.00pm. Our care homes are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week so it is likely that there will be additional bank shifts available.
