I am working alongside a leading civil engineering and earthworks contractor. They are looking to on-board a site manager to oversees a bulk earthworks and cut & fill project being delivered for a valued client. My client operate across the industrial/ commercial and residential sectors.

Site manager responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project.

Site manager requirements:
• Gold CSCS card.
• SMSTS/SSSTS ticket holder.
• First aid ticket holder.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience in civil engineering supervision.
