About the Role

We're seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our packaging division as a multi-site HR Business Partner, providing strong HR expertise to our Blunham, Kettering and Wellingborough sites.

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner you will act as a change agent and be pivotal in driving forward the HR and business strategy to enable a step change in culture and performance. You will translate the HR Corporate Plan into actionable site people plans alligned with business needs.

You will use your experience to coach our site leaders on several key focus areas including Change Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment & Selection.
