JOB- Quality Engineer

LOCATION- Surrey

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £40,000-£45,000 Dependent On Experience

My client is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their business on a permanent basis in the Surrey area. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and passionate about Lean Manufacturing and will be mainly responsible for improving quality of the company's operational processes and output

The Quality Engineer Will Ideally Have The Following Attributes
• Degree qualified or experience working in similar role
• 2 years experience in Manufacturing Environment
• APQP/PPAP experience beneficial
• Self-motivated individual
• Right first time approach
• Ability to work calmly under pressure

The Quality Engineer Role Will Involve
• Drive standardisation on processes along with waste elimination and continuous improvement
• Support 8D activities on parts connected to internal or supplier quality concerns
