WORKING STUDENT / TRAINEE IN R&D (m/w/d for 20 h/week)

SMARTtray® GmbH is a dynamic start-up revolutionizing plant breeding technology and services for plant breeding companies worldwide. Our mission is to automate and scale the SMART breeding process, providing our clients with cutting-edge solutions. We are seeking a motivated working student or trainee to help us expand our expertise in cultivating new crops and optimizing our SMARTtray® technology.

Your responsibilities:

Enhance our knowledge of cultivating and processing new crops using SMARTtray® technology.

Assist in managing our Vertical Farm to optimize speed breeding recipes and advance plant breeding technologies.

Support DNA extraction experiments in our in-house laboratory.

Collaborate with customers on joint projects, ensuring careful and effective project management.
