Position title: Intern, Policy

Purpose of the position: Contribute to vaccine policy development through consultations and critical study.

Reports to: Manager, Vaccine Policy

Duration: Up to 24 weeks

The Policy Team at Gavi manages the Vaccine Investment Strategy (VIS), a comprehensive review that occurs every five years to identify and prioritize future immunization investments of significant public health importance for Gavi-supported countries. This strategic process recently concluded, and the Policy Team is now responsible for following the actions made and continuing to monitor and evaluate diseases with epidemic and pandemic potential.
