Working under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Security Operations, the Security Supervisor role is responsible for the effective day-to-day supervision of on-duty staff. The role ensures high quality, customer-focused services to the York community in accordance with the University's vision and the department's Security Services mission. The role ensures that calls for service and complaints are attended to in a professional and timely manner, and that a record of such actions is accurately maintained.
