The Kingston Canadian Film Festival is hiring a full-time Director of Development. This staff member will be responsible for coordinating and implementing sponsorship and charitable giving campaigns, while also assisting with grant writing and other duties connected to development.

Some responsibilities will include:
• managing all press relations
• procuring and stewarding sponsorship
• procuring and stewarding charitable donors
• assisting with grant writing and reporting

KCFF operates as a small team throughout the year, with increased staffing during the festival season. At various points, staff may be required to take on responsibilities and efforts outside of the scope of their job description to contribute to the success of the Festival.

Work Conditions

KCFF staff work from our offices at the Broom Factory, at 305 Rideau St. in Kingston, Ontario. The typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, with some evening and weekend events. Typically, the winter season is much busier... More Detail
