Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join the team in Vancouver. The Senior Compliance Officer (SCO) will be responsible for implementing a best in class compliance program, overseeing and ensuring the company's adherence to local and international regulatory standards, as well as promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. This role is critical in maintaining their commitment to ethical business practices and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance in accordance with local and international laws and regulations
• Provide advice on compliance issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, and Swiss anti-corruption laws
