Hi! We are heading out to see family in palliative care and need to leave rather urgently. The house is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom a very short walk from Puntledge Park so plenty of places to walk and explore, and is only a short walk into main st Courtenay. You'd be taking care of our small 7-year-old Aussie Shepherd (Sadie) who needs a walk daily. She's really sweet and is absolutely a people-dog who will come up for cuddles when you're watching TV. There is room in our driveway for any car you have. The house has an office setup in one of the bedrooms and good internet so you can absolutely work remote from here if needed.
