Organizational Setting and Work Relationships ICT Specialist is a technical position within the UNHCR operation. Direct supervision is exercised by an Admin Associate. For problem solving and consultations the incumbent liaises directly with regional and HQs technical units must be able to work independently due to the technical nature. Main task of the position is to ensure routine functioning of the IT system within the country operation and assist with technical equipment of events, assist the management to improve and refine it with the technical progress.
