ASAP End Date: 31/12/2024 Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job As part of its activities, client is looking for a Service Desk Engineer. Part of the mission can, in consultation with the manager, be done remotely, but a presence on the Gosselies site of at least 3 days a week is mandatory. Additional days of on-site presence may be requested from the consultant, depending on the needs of the department (on an ad hoc basis).
The agent will be in charge of resolving the majority of incoming incidents/requests to the Service Desk (Windows 10 Workstation, application, etc.) that will arrive from the Business. He will have to ensure the analysis, resolution and final follow-up with the affected users. His mission will be able to send him to other sites in Wallonia.
